Living room
The beamed sitting room is luxuriously furnished with a mix of old and new. New sofa and chairs combine with antiques to give a relaxed country feel, a gas wood-effect burning stove, flat screen TV, DVD player and Radio/CD/iPod player for use during your stay.
There is a cloaks cupboard for outdoor walking boots and coats and bookshelves stocked with an eclectic mix of books for those lazy days to sit with a coffee and read all day! A good selection of DVDs are stocked too. The sitting room leads into the kitchen/dining room.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with fridge and separate freezer, a double electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine.
From the kitchen there are two shallow steps leading up to the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite
The main bedroom contains a luxurious king size bed with crisp white linen, a 20" flat screen TV, hairdryer and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2
This room contains a standard 4ft 6inch double bed with crisp blue and white linen. Next to this bedroom is the second bathroom with bath and hand shower.
Outside / Garden
There is plenty of private parking and the small patio garden is completely private and contains a table and chairs for outside meals and a very sunny summer house, complete with comfy chairs for taking tea or coffee and cakes and an afternoon snooze.
